Awards after the "complete through" dates are provisional: agencies may still add or correct them. The Department of Defense publishes contract data with a 90-day delay, so its window is longer. Provisional years are hatched in the charts.

We copy every open federal construction and facilities notice from SAM.gov, the government's official site for contract opportunities, once a week for now. SAM.gov's public file runs about a day and a half behind the website, so a new bid can take up to about 8 days to appear here. Deadlines change often (about 4 in 10 federal deadlines get extended), so always check SAM.gov before you bid.
Also left out of the counts: 155 long-running notices (shown when you ask for them), 56 notices for work outside the United States, and 191 notices that name no work site (listed under the buying office or the state). A bid's page stays for 30 days after it closes, is awarded or leaves SAM.gov.
If our copy gets more than 9 days old, the bid pages say it may be missing new bids. Contracting officers' names, emails and phone numbers stay on SAM.gov: we do not copy them.
