What FedComps Pro will do

Alerts that say if a bid is worth it
An email when a new bid matches your ZIP code, distance and trade, with what the buyer usually pays, how many usually bid, the likely current contractor, the stated size and whether you can bid.
Deadline and amendment alerts
An email when a bid you watch changes its deadline or gets an amendment: about 4 in 10 federal deadlines move.
Recompete radar
Contracts in your area that end in the next 6 to 18 months, so you can get ready before they are bid again.
Plain-English bid summaries
Short summaries of the solicitation documents, when the documents are public.
Competitor tracking
See what specific companies win.
Unlimited saved searches
As many saved searches and followed pages as you like, and the lists as CSV files.

Is the bid map really free?

Yes. The map and list of open bids near your ZIP code, every bid page with what the buyer paid before, and the searches you save on your device are free. No sign-up and no card. Open bids near you

Is the free site really free?

Yes. The price history, the number of bids, the winners, the recent awards and the recompete lists are free to use. No sign-up and no card.

SAM.gov already emails new bids. Why pay for FedComps Pro?

SAM.gov tells you that a bid exists. FedComps Pro will tell you whether it is worth your time: what that buyer usually pays, how many companies usually bid, who holds the current contract, the stated size and whether you can bid at all, in one email.

Do you submit bids for me?

No. Documents, questions and your bid stay on SAM.gov, the government's official site. FedComps never submits anything for you and is not part of the government.

Is there a founding-member price?

Founding-member price: waitlist members who start FedComps Pro within 30 days of launch keep $15/month or $119/year for as long as they stay subscribed.

When does FedComps Pro launch?

After our beta. Waitlist members hear first.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

No. The planned 14-day free trial will start without a card.

Can I cancel?

Yes. You will be able to cancel FedComps Pro at any time, on the monthly or the yearly plan. Joining the waitlist is free and does not commit you to buy anything.

Where does the data come from?

Open bids come from SAM.gov, where agencies post them. The price history comes from USAspending.gov, the official public record of federal spending. FedComps Pro's alerts will use the same two sources. How we calculate

Are you the government?

No. FedComps is an independent site and is not affiliated with the U.S. government. The records we use are public and free on USAspending.gov and SAM.gov.
